Dear Residents,

It is time to renew your tenancy for Semester 1 2017.

Only 400 beds to grab. Eligible residents will receive login token through student webmail this week (before Friday, 14 October 2016).

 

Allocation policy:-

  • 60 %      New International Students New Malaysian Students (Non-Sarawakians)
  • 40 %      Final Year Students without misconduct and outstanding records First Year Second Semester Students without misconduct and outstanding records Current International Student without misconduct and outstanding records
  • First-come-first-served basis, and strictly subject to availability
