Resident must notify Housing Services FIVE (5) working days before the actual arrival to facilitate the necessary arrangement to be made.

Resident who arrives before or after the working hours without prior consent of Housing Services will not be attended to and require to seek alternative accommodation until the next working day after your arrival.

How to update check in date online?

  1. Log into you housing portal
  2. Click “My Application History”
  3. Click your latest application view
  4. Accept your Tenancy Agreement & update your check in date
